With a thickness of 5.9 mm, the latest Samsung Galaxy smartphone A8 grid is more than a millimeter compared to the iPhone 6. Launched initially in China, it could land in the United States and Europe as A3 and A5 its predecessors.

Without making waves, Samsung has launched the last of its line mid-range, the Galaxy models A. One of the main features of its A8 is to simply be the thinnest phone ever created by the South manufacturer -Korean. With a thickness of 5.9 mm, this smartphone is thus thinner than the A7 (6.3 mm) and much more than the iPhone 6 Apple and its 6.9 mm thick. For comparison also, note that the Galaxy S6 (premium) is 7.1 mm thick.

Beyond its advantageous measurements, the A8 has a screen with a diagonal of 5.7 inches (1080p resolution), 2GB of RAM, a Snapdragon processor 615, a battery of 3050 mAh and a rear photo sensor 16 Mpix and before 5 Mpix. For now only sold in China, the Galaxy A8 is proposed around 515 dollars, but it could very well be, like its predecessors A5 and A3, a trip to the United States and Europe.
